All parties, including other Employment Agencies, are welcome to post worker and employer ads if they support Anisya's mission and agree to the following: when an employer and worker agree to employment, the employer and worker should have full knowledge of available Employment Agency and hiring options and not be coerced into using a specific agency. Employers, workers or Employment Agencies that infringe upon this practice will be actively barred from using the Anisya website.

Step 1: browse Anisya's database of workers to shortlist candidates. The Free version is limited to 1 worker contact per day, or you can upgrade for unlimited contacts and access power user features.

Step 2: after you have identified a suitable candidate, Anisya LLP (12C5866) can help you with the MOM Paperwork for local transfers. If you would like to hire a worker currently in Indonesia, please refer to our Overseas hiring from Indonesia package. You have the option to do your own MOM paperwork without any obligation to Anisya.

Full Service hiring

Not familiar with the FDW hiring process?

Full Service hiring packages (fulfilled by Anisya LLP 12C5866) takes out all the guesswork by screening and scheduling worker interviews for you, and subsequently covering all MOM formalities and coordinating the employer-to-employer transition if required. Payment for this service is success-based.
