Anisya offers 2 full-service options: Local Transfers and Overseas Hiring from Indonesia

Local transfers (750 SGD)


This service includes the following:

  • Consultation on hiring process where applicable
  • Contacting workers and scheduling interviews for employer, interviews take place at employers’ residence
  • Formalization of employment terms (salary, working hours, off days, annual leave) between employer and worker
  • Full documentation for work permit application
  • Work Permit Card – Ensure proper documentation and submission of required documents to Work Pass Service Centre and delivery of work permit card
  • Coordinating employment exit with worker’s current employer to facilitate a smooth transition to employer’s household
  • Consultation for best practices on structuring a daily schedule and maintaining a healthy employment relationship
  • Ongoing phone- or email-based support to deal with employment issues
  • Work permit application and issuance fees

Employer is responsible for the following costs:

  1. Security Bond/Insurance for 26 months as required for 2 year contracts to be paid by new employer – NTUC insurance packages are either $314.58 or $263.22
  2. MOM work permit application and issuance fees: $60
  3. Medical check-up costs (if required)
  4. Monthly MOM levy payments

Foreign Domestic Worker is responsible for the following costs:

  1. $50 processing fee payable to Anisya
  2. Transportation costs to the employer’s residence
  3. Passport renewal costs, if required

Anisya’s position on replacements or guarantees.


Overseas hiring from Indonesia (950 SGD)


This service includes the following:

  • Consultation on hiring process where applicable
  • If needed, contacting workers and scheduling interviews for employer
  • Formalization of employment terms (salary, working hours, off days, annual leave) between employer and worker
  • Full documentation for work permit application
  • Work Permit Card – Ensure proper documentation and submission of required documents to Work Pass Service Centre and delivery of work permit card
  • Coordinating on immigration requirements for worker to exit Indonesia and enter Singapore
  • Consultation for best practices on structuring a daily schedule and maintaining a healthy employment relationship
  • Ongoing phone- or email-based support to deal with employment issues
  • Work permit application and issuance fees

Employer is responsible for the following costs:

Terms

Pay for Success: Payment is only due after you have found a suitable worker and before Anisya submits the work permit application to the Ministry of Manpower. If the work permit application is unsuccessful, Anisya will either work with you to achieve successful approval of work permit application or will provide you a refund, minus MOM application fees if not due to fault of Anisya.  After the work permit is approved, there will be no refunds or replacements if employer or worker decides not to continue with employment relationship.
