You have gone through the instructions on the “Getting Started for FDWs” page but don’t forget the important last step of activating your ad.

So what exactly does “activate my ad” mean?  It essentially means that your profile, which you have filled up with your personal information and photo, will be viewable through the main listing of FDWs.  If you are not listed here, employers will not be able to easily see your profile, and you might not go very far in your job search.  So yes, if you’re looking for a new employer, activating your ad is very important.

How can you activate your ad?  Anisya needs to validate your work permit number before activating your ad, so after you have filled up your profile completely and saved it, you’ll see a button that says “Click here to request activation for your ad” in the profile edit screen. Click on this to let us know you’re ready and we will validate your work permit number against MOM before activating your ad.
