How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express card payments.
Are my credit card details stored on Anisya?
No. All credit card payment processing is done via Stripe. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.
How long is this upgraded service for?
As there are variations on days in each month, we are treating "a month" as 31 days.
Am I automatically charged each month?
There are no sneaky auto-renewals. We believe that you should be able to find a worker within a month. If you need to extend your hiring process, you can make a separate payment for the additional month.
Can I get a refund on this purchase?
All sales for final and we offer a free version of Anisya website usage to help you with your decision making. Please also apply for the relevant discounts for the Anisya Transfer Pledge before making your purchase as discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
