Hi! Looking for an honest, mature and trustworthy helper who has expat experience to join our family. We are a family of 4 who have recently arrived from Sydney. We move into a 4 bed condo in Sixth Avenue (5 min walk from 6th Avenue MRT and good bus links) at end June 2019.

James (british) works at Suntec City and Gaelle (French) is on maternity leave, returning to work in August/September 2019. We have lived in Sydney Australia for the last 9 years. Our eldest son is 2 years, 3 months and will go to pre-school 5 days a week. Our youngest son is 6 months and will need to be looked after until he goes to daycare next year. No pets.

A typical day is 6.45am -7.30pm but time off for rests during lunch and at quiet times in the day. Every Sunday off and public holidays. I need someone who is passionate about doing a good job, doesn't mind us training them to our way of doing things but who also knows how to run a busy house. We need someone who likes to be around babies/children and is loving and friendly is a must. You must be patient and happy to help children with their morning and evening routines.

The role consists of:
- cleaning, ironing, laundry, house organising and tidying (must have high standard of cleaning - Mum quite fussy, I think!)
- cooking, menu planning (must love cooking and baking western food, although we also love Asian food)
- preparation for children including snacks, lunches, mealtimes
- help with morning preparation & bath/bedtime as needed
- drop off/pick up from pre-school (15 min walk), although we will do some also
- child care after school and in holidays/ emergencies or evening babysitting

We would like to employ someone who has supported an expat family with small children before and will become a partner in running our household.
We have a positive and gentle parenting approach (no hard discipline) and both boys are very sweet and easy to deal with. We maintain a structured routine and limit screen time for the children to try and encourage their imagination.

We love food and cooking and would like someone interested in learning how to cook various cuisines. Finally, we would like someone who has completed children first aid course recently or willing to do so.
The helper should be able to swim and take the boys to the pool.

If you are looking for a new role and want to be part of an understanding, fair but hardworking family then please do get in touch via Anisya. You must have an active profile on the website.

References must be provided prior to interview. You must have permission already from your employer to look for another role and we will want to speak to current employers prior to interview to take a reference.

In return we will offer a good salary, all food and toiletries are purchased by us and own room and bathroom (not bomb shelter)
James & Gaelle
