Why do Ads Get Deactivated?

Dear foreign domestic worker friends!

Some of you may have experienced a situation where you log in to Anisya’s system one day only to realize that your ad gets deactivated. Why does this happen?

Your ad gets automatically deactivated: 

1) One week after your “required start date”

When editing your profile, you are required to enter the date YOU want to commence work. However, some of you may not actually find employers before that date itself. Our system automatically deactivates your ad one week after your required start date.

When this happens, you should update your “required start date” to a later date in the future, and let us know so that we can activate your ad for you again.

2) Account is inactive for 14 days
Your ad will also be deactivated if you have not been logged into Anisya site for the last 14 days, or no messages were sent over the last 14 days.

If you experience a situation where your ad gets deactivated, please contact one of the Anisya staff for assistance.
